The Aprilia SXR 125 gets a 125cc BS6 engine, Air cooled, SOHC, Three valve unit is capable of producing 9.4bhp at 7,600rpm and 9.2Nm at 6,250rpm. The SXR 125 comes with a combined braking system(CBS) of both front and rear wheels. The scooter comes with 12-inch alloy wheels. With these alloy wheels, the SXR 125 gets a premium look.
As attractive as it is in terms of design, it is equally practical with a host of features. There’s a large LCD dash that shows a decent amount of information. It also has a spacious under-seat storage space and a lockable front storage compartment. The wide full-LED headlamp of the SXR 125 looks closely similar to that of the RS660 supersport. The LED tail lamp is also quite sleek and fancy.
The SXR 125 has similar underpinnings to the SXR 160. For suspension duties, it employs a telescopic fork and hydraulic shock absorbers, while a single disc brake (front) and a drum brake (rear) perform stopping duties. By the telescopic suspension, the SXR can pass through comfortably.
The SXR 125 is available in one standard variant and four colours-Matte black, Glossy white, Matte blue, and Glossy red. The SXR 125 has a fuel tank capacity of 7 litres.
