Ducati Panigale V4 gets a 1103cc, Desmosedici Stradle 90-degree V4, 4-valve per cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which is powerful and good at performance. This engine mates with a six-speed transmission gearbox, producing a peak torque of 123.6N-m at 9500rpm and 215.5 horsepower at 13000rpm. With both front and rear disc brakes, the Ducati Panigale V4 comes with an anti-locking braking system.

The suspension set-up of the Ducati Panigale V4 comprises electronically-adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers. The braking hardware comes from twin 330mm discs with Brembo Monobloc Stylema four-piston callipers at the front and a 245mm rotor with a two-piston calliper at the back. Electronic control consists of new power logic with 4 engine configuration that satisfies all types of riders.
