DUCATI SCRAMBLER DESERT SLED OVERVIEW & PRICE
Ducati India has updated its portfolio with the launch of the new Monster. This new model from the Italian brand replaces the Monster 821 in the company portfolio and packs several styling, mechanical, and feature upgrades over its predecessor. The new Ducati Monster is available in two variants – Standard and Plus. The Ducati Monster has a 937cc, Testastretta V2- 90-degree, liquid-cooled engine that makes 111bhp of power at 9,250rpm and a peak torque of 93N-m at 6,500rpm. The motor mates to a six-speed gearbox that benefits from an anti-slip clutch and quick-shifter.
Ducati Monster has also revised the ergonomics with a repositioned handlebar and footpegs. The handlebar sits closer to the rider, while the footpegs are lower than before. Weight-saving measures, such as the new frame, lighter aluminum swingarm, and wheels, help the new Monster looks even more delicate than the previous model. The advanced features of the new Monster include full-LED lighting and a Bluetooth-ready 4.3-inch TFT display. The Bluetooth module is available as an optional extra.
The hardware comprises 43mm upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock to handle the shock absorption tasks. The anchoring duties provide by 320mm twin discs with Brembo M4.32 monobloc four-piston calipers at the front and a single 245mm rotor with Brembo two-piston caliper at the back. The electronic aids include three riding modes (Sport, Urban, and Touring), wheelie control, traction control, cornering ABS, and launch control.
Ducati Monster weighs 188 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 14 liters. This motorcycle has three color options: Ducati Red, Aviator Grey, and Dark Stealth. The current ex-showroom Ducati Monster price is ₹ 12,42,843.

About DUCATI BIKES
Ducati Bikes is a group of companies, best known for manufacturing motorcycles and headquartered in Borgo Panigale, Bologna, Italy. The group is owned by German automotive manufacturer Audi through its Italian subsidiary Lamborghini, which is in turn owned by the Volkswagen Group. No matter the era, it’s a feat to create something that has as much visual impact now as it did 20 years ago. It proves that however cliched, less is more, even when the industry and society are wildly different from the environment in which it was created. Ducati’s motorcycles embody a profound commitment to racing, boasting refined skill, iconic design, and a passion for biking. Representing Italian style across 60+ nations, these bikes captivate enthusiasts with timeless lines. The Desmodromic valve system, Trellis frame, L-Twin engine, and distinctive sound define Ducati’s uniqueness. With an impressive track record, including 15 of 18 Riders’ titles and 16 Manufacturers’ titles in World Superbike Championship, and a triumphant MotoGP debut, Ducati fosters a global community through Desmo Owners Clubs. The Ducati Museum narrates the brand’s evolution, celebrating legendary bikes and riders while inspiring a future of innovation and history.
