The Kawasaki Z900 supercharged naked roadster gets a 998cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 125PS maximum power at 9,500rpm and 98.6Nm of peak torque at 7,700rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed transmission. Kawasaki claims that the supercharged engines pack ample power and easy-to-manage power delivery.
The electronic rider aids include three riding modes (Sport, Rain, and Road), three power modes, Kawasaki Traction Control, and a cruise control system. The other features include smartphone connectivity, the Latest evolution of Z Sugomi styling, new Dunlop supermax Roadsport tyres, a Trellis frame and a full-colour TFT LCD screen. It gets a Fuel Injection fuel system and forced lubrication, wet sump.
It has only an electric start as starting. The Kawasaki Z 900 uses Trellis, a high-tensile steel frame. The suspension duties are under an inverted fork at the front and a Horizontal back-link with rebound damping at the end. Petal disc brakes take care of braking with dual semi-floating 300mm at the front and a single 250mm at the rear.
